Listening to Learners We are committed to providing the best learning opportunities possible. We are here to help you to make progress and achieve. We collect feedback throughout the year by asking you to fill in end-of-course evaluations, completing surveys and putting any suggestions you may have in the boxes in our Centres. You may also be contacted to take part in a group discussion at a visit to your class.

- Café manager now stocks decaffeinated green tea
- No smoking signage has been replaced in the cycle parking area
- Cleaners are now cleaning computer screen regularly with VDU wipes
- Improved reporting system for accidents
- We will put on a Special Needs Awareness Raising Part 2 evening course in next academic year
- We have increased the number of spot checks made by staff in the Learning Resource Room to ensure only Institute learners are using the facility and they have a quiet place to work
