Learning Difficulties affects around 15% of people, making it harder for them to learn certain skills.
This course will equip you with knowledge of a range of specific learning difficulties, such as ADHD, dyslexia and dyscalculia.
You will learn how specific learning difficulties can affect children and adults in different ways, the importance of early diagnosis and the various assessment methods available, and how individuals can be supported to gain, start and continue with study and employment.
It will help prepare you for work in a range of public sector settings such as healthcare, social care, housing and education.
