Your journey will begin with an initial assessment and an advice and guidance session to help you decide if this is the right career path for you.

Working in adult Social Care involve engaging with the public and collaborating with colleagues, so excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.  

To support your job search, you will work closely with an advisor who will help you find current vacancies and prepare you for the recruitment process. 

You will complete badges in CV Writing, Interview Preparation and Teamworking.
