Our new Passport to Careers programme, delivered in partnership with Work Redbridge, can help ensure you have all the skills you need to help work in one of four vibrant key local growth sectors, Early Years and Childcare, Green Economy, Health and Care and Hospitality.
Our Passports to Careers have been created to give you the skills that employers require. They are flexible and adaptable to meet individual needs while providing tailored support, so you have the best possible chance of finding a good job within a growing industry.
Each Passport includes three Skills badges, accredited by OCN:
- Essential skills (such as English and maths or digital skills)
- Employability skills (such as CV writing, teamworking and problem-solving skills)
- Sector specific skills (Qualifications and industry-specific skills)
Once you have completed your Passport, you will be ready to start work in your chosen career path.
