A passport is made up of badges that will support you start your new career and is completed in one week.
Your journey will begin with an initial assessment and an advice and guidance session to help you decide if this is the right career path for you.
Employability skills
Working in Health involves engaging with the public and collaborating with colleagues, so excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
To support your job search, you will work closely with an advisor who will help you find current vacancies and prepare you for the recruitment process.
You will complete badges in CV Writing, Interview Preparation, application Forms, Teamworking and supporting statements.

As part of the passport, you will complete essential training badges that cover key topics required by employers:

- Safeguarding
- Infection Control
- Health & Safety.
What happens next?
When you have completed the passport, you are ready to join the BHRUT or Barts Health Talent Pool. This will give you to access to the specialist recruitment portal used by the NHS that list all of their current vacancies.
You could also choose to go on to further training, for example, to become a skilled medical, nursing or dental practitioner.
