The final two reels highlight personal experiences from students themselves. They share how the programme has boosted their confidence, clarified their career goals, and introduced them to opportunities they hadn’t considered before. Completion of the programme provides a clear route into employment. Graduates can work as general labourers through recruitment agencies, specialise in areas such as bricklaying, painting and decorating, tiling, or plumbing, or pursue further training and apprenticeships. By combining classroom instruction, hands-on practice, and career guidance, the course equips students with both the knowledge and the real-world skills needed to succeed in construction.
