Congratulations to Shaista Liaqat, our well-deserved Learner of the Month for May 2026!
Shaista Liaqat has shown exceptional dedication, resilience and a passion for supporting others. She has maintained 100% attendance, consistently produced high-quality work and actively contributed in both her teaching assistant role and Maths lessons. She effectively uses her teaching assistant skills to support fellow learners in maths, providing guidance, one-to-one support and leading group study sessions to help build their confidence and understanding.

What is Learner of the Month?
At Redbridge Institute, recognising effort, progress, and positive attitudes toward learning is something we are very passionate about. We believe it is important to show our learners that they are seen. The Learner of the Month award, nominated by their own teachers, presented by our principals, encourages our learners to stay engaged and builds their confidence by showing them that their hard work is valued.
