We’ll take the ‘work’ out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba and dance fitness classes can be called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Yes. Super fun? Yes!
The music will be non-stop, with several different Zumba and dance fitness instructors teaching at the event. Perfect for everybody and every body, all genders welcome!
