| Maximus | The Work and health pioneer programme is a 3 step programme for a niche select of participants which has a 15 month support time (if needed) with the eventual aim of the person getting into long term sustainable employment. – Step one, we work with the participant with their barrier, and see if we can help via our internal team and sessions or signpost to best suitable assisting group. – Step two, Training, courses, qualifications – this would be fully funded by US with zero expense from the participant.
