Redbridge Culture & Leisure, Redbridge Institute of Adult Education and Work Redbridge have teamed up to bring you Hainault Community Day – FREE for Hainault residents.
Book your place at our Hainault Community Day on Friday 12th July, 9.30am – 1.00pm at the Hainault Campus (100 Manford Way, Chigwell, IG7 4DF) where you can take part in:
- Series of employability workshops; preparation for work, cv writing, effective communication and interview skills
- Well-being sessions featuring; Zumba, Mindfulness and Yoga
- Visit exhibitor stalls offering visitors free health-check and career progression advice
