Redbridge Institute of Adult Education, are proud to announce 100% pass rate amongst our adult learners for GCSE English and Maths, with 44% of maths leaners receiving grades 7 and above (A-A*) demonstrating that it is never too late to learn!
Redbridge Institute enrols around 2,500 adult learners on courses delivered across campuses in Gants Hill, Ilford & Hainault. Most of the courses are free to local residents, funded by the Mayor of London’s Adult Education Budget.
Khansa Shafaat, learner at the institute explains “My GCSE Maths and English learning journey was a transformative experience. It was a new challenge for me to continue my studies with family commitments. The manager and staff at Redbridge Institute provided me with an opportunity to enrol on English and maths courses at flexible timings according to my needs. The persistent feedback from the tutors helped me to enhance my growth and elevated my perseverance to improve English and Maths: which is now my passion. My next phase of my learning journey is to get Qualified Teaching Status to teach Maths in secondary school and it wouldn’t have been possible without my mentors at Redbridge Institute. Redbridge Institute is a symbol of hope for adults who want to pursue further studies or want to build up a professional career to excel in life”
