We are delighted to share that Judith Guarte Lee, one of our truly inspiring learners at the Redbridge Institute of Adult Education, has been awarded the Learning for Personal Progression Award at the Mayor of London Adult Learning Awards 2025.
Judith’s journey is a powerful reminder of what dedication, courage, and lifelong learning can achieve. Since joining our ESOL and childcare courses, she has grown in confidence, skill, and ambition — earning her Level 1 and Level 2 childcare qualifications, beginning work as a childcare practitioner, and now proudly progressing onto Level 3.
What sets Judith apart is not only her academic progress but her unwavering determination, positivity, and commitment to building a better future for herself and her family. She is a role model to her peers and a shining example of the transformative impact adult learning can have.
We are incredibly proud to be part of Judith’s journey and look forward to celebrating even more of her achievements in the future.
